Juergen Schroeder is CEO and founder of arcutronix. Since nearly 20 years he works in the Telecommunication and access environment. With his national and international competence and management experience he brings a high number of personal business contacts to arcutronix.

Juergen Schroeder took over management of Pandatel AG in 2007. Since 2004 as Vice President Technique und member of the Executive Committee of Pandatel he set up the new strategy and orientation to Ethernet- und IP-Solutions.

Previously Juergen Schroeder was as CEO and Owner of SYSCON-S in the international consulting environment and more than 16 years in different management responsibilities at Alcatel operating – last he was the head of Product management, Marketing and Sales Germany.

Juergen Schroeder has received Dipl.-Ing. degree 1987 in Hanover.

Josef Gfrerer is in the management of arcutronix and is managing director and founder of Keytronix. He integrates his and Keytronix established contacts into arcutronix and interfaces to the parent company in Vienna.

Post-graduate Josef Gfrerer started his career in business consulting. In 1996, together with his partners, he founded Key Consult in Vienna – an advising and consulting company for technology ventures in the field of research, engineering, development, financing and internationalization.

These activities have born – beside other shareholdings – Keytronix, a technological oriented company like arcutronix, specialised in the telecommunications market. 2005, Keytronix was founded together with managers from a German-Austrian telecommunications company.

Josef Gfrerer studied Business Administration at Vienna University of Economics and implements his knowledge into the financial areas of his shareholdings.

Andreas Zimmermann is Technical Director and founder of arcutronix. He has more than 16 years of experience in develo­ping inno­vative solu­tions for the telecommunications industry.

Deep knowledge in the area of traditional telecom services as well as in the field of new gene­ration networks makes him to an expert for migra­tion of existing infra­struc­ture and customer’s demand for new technologies.

Prior to founding arcutronix, Andreas Zimmermann was respon­sible as product manager for all Metro-Ethernet and First-Mile-products of Pandatel, Germany. Under his guidance, the first TDMoIP and Ethernet for the Last Mile products were designed and released. Before this, he spent 13 years as system engineer in R&D for several telecom suppliers as Alcatel and keymile. He played a key role in developing and intro­ducing new telecom access systems and new customer interfaces.

Andreas Zimmermann is a graduate of Technical University Fridericana, Karlsruhe, where he received Dipl.-Ing. degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
